Founded formally in 2019, Elder Dynamics is a privately-held entity with a deep tradition of serving faith-based and non-profit aging services, eldercare, and post-acute care providers for nearly two decades. Team Members
Andy is an accomplished healthcare advisor and thought leader with more than 20 years of healthcare consulting experience, specializing in post-acute, and senior care services. Over his career, he has advised more than 240 organizations in 43 states across a diverse range of issues. Andy guides organizations through their strategic thinking and planning efforts, community-based care models, new program and facility development efforts, and operational and performance improvement.
Managing Partner
Donna is adept clinical consultant, client advisor, and subject matter expert with more than 35 years of combined clinical practice and consulting experience across acute, post-acute, senior care, and community-based services. Donna assists organizations in planning and re-development services, clinical and operational process design and redesign, community-based care models, and care management and care coordination program design, optimization, and process improvement.

Kristine is a gerontologist and wellness advocate with over 15 years of healthcare experience across private, public, and non-profit sectors. A consultant and educator, her areas of emphasis include leading wellness workshops, new program development, and organizational strategy. Most recently, Kristine was involved in accelerating operations of a Singapore-based start-up and mobilizing strategic initiatives for an Asian tech company. She is a certified Thrive Global Coach with expertise in well-being and behavior change.

Lori has almost 30 years of experience in post-acute care settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living operations. She is an accomplished nursing home operator and clinician, having served as both a licensed nursing home administrator and director of nursing. She has overseen day-to-day operation of skilled nursing facilities, psychiatric hospitals, and pharmacy programs as well as led strategic visioning and development processes for organizations across the country.
